Shipping Information

Shipping is one of the most common questions I receive—and having helped many families successfully through this process, I'm confident it works well when planned ahead.
Step 1: The Kit Is Included
When you purchase a shipping package, the specialized shipping kit is included—there's nothing extra for you to buy. I order it directly from Donor Home Delivery on your behalf. The kit uses a TYB preservation solution that keeps the sample viable during transit and includes the option for two or more vials, depending on your package.
Plan ahead: Kits can take 10–14 days to arrive after ordering. Your shipment date cannot be scheduled until the kit is in hand, so please don't wait until your window is close to get started.
Step 2: Scheduling Your Shipment
Once the kit arrives, we'll coordinate your shipment date together. Samples are prepared and packaged by 5:00 PM on the day of shipment—the latest possible time to ensure maximum freshness before the carrier cut-off. You'll receive a FedEx tracking number once everything is on its way.
A Note on Delays
Once the package is handed off to FedEx, I have no control over carrier delays. However, your receipt will include a guaranteed delivery date—if FedEx misses that window, you are entitled to a refund directly from them.
